I have recently started going to studio Pilates North Lakes and I am really loving it. All the instructors are friendly and super supportive. As a beginner they have really made me feel at ease. I am not a morning person but love getting up and starting my day with a class!
I love going to Studio Pilates International North Lakes! The instructors are super friendly and welcoming. They make sure you have no injuries and that you're getting the best from your workout. Some workouts are tougher than others, but I always feel great afterwards and keep going back.
I never had any idea how great Pilates at North Lakes was until I attended my first class. It is so much fun and I feel great at the end of each session. My body feels much better and stronger. The instructors are very friendly, helpful and supportive.
I love going to North Lakes Studio Pilates. The instructors are so great and friendly. It's like going to your besties house for a work out. So much fun and the burn is real. I feel my whole body toning up and it's incredible! It's taken me a while to get back into the exercise side of things due to some injuries but they have made the transition easy and they always make sure I'm not overdoing it on those parts of my body. Pilates all round is such an amazing all round body workout! I highly recommend checking out the at North Lakes Studio Pilates- you won't be disappointed!
I have recently started at SP North Lakes and have loved every minute. The studio, the instructors and the workouts combine to form an amazing all-round experience! The workouts are intense and fast-paced and the instructors are with you every step of the way. I always feel looked after and valued. Could not recommend it more!
