I am absolutely loving the Reformer classes. It had been a good 12 years since I had done any real workouts and at 51 years old I thought I would struggle but after only a short while I am powering through and feeling great about it too. My muscle tone is coming back nicely and I have had many, many people noticing the weight loss. It's only been near a couple of months so I'm pretty excited about how fit and strong I'm getting. I'm feeling so good about it that I'm telling everyone about the classes

As a pilates novice I really didn't know what to expect from a class, instructors or the atmosphere in general. Its been 6 weeks since my orientation class and I'll have completed 9 classes in total by the end of this week having been to 5 different instructors classes I think I'm getting a good feel for the people & place. All of the instructors are kind, empowering and welcoming and all offer their own twist on a class so it does feel like a different class each time which makes it fun. It is probably the least competitive environment I've ever been in and if anything you can really tap into the you vs you mindset. I could go on but you just have to give it a go for yourself, so worth it.

I have been attending for 3 weeks now and already I feel an improvement in my strength. I haven't suffered with neck or shoulder tension in that time so haven't had any of the headaches I was constantly getting. The instructors so far have all been really lovely and the studio is clean and inviting.

It never crossed my mind to do Pilates. I just thought it was just another type of yoga and only for ladies. I saw the 6 sessions for $60 and thought that I’d give it a go. I consider myself to be quite fit and strong and thought I would have no dramas doing in the classes. But how wrong I was. It destroyed me. But in a good way. It is the best workout for core strength, and gets you using muscles you don’t usually use. I finished my 6 sessions and bought another 10 classes. I go every Friday morning. Lia is a fantastic instructor and always pushes me through the workouts. She ensures my technique is correct and always give good instruction and feedback. I told other people from my gym to give it a go, and would recommend it to anyone.

My daughter and I have been attending Studio Pilates for a few weeks now and we are loving it! We feel very supported by the team members and they are all so friendly and fun. We enjoy the variety of workouts that are on offer too and the many appointment times that we can choose from. We walk out of each class feeling good and like we have done a full gym workout. Definitely recommend if you are wanting a full low impact body workout.
