I’ve been training at the HIIT factory for around 6 months now and can’t recommend it highly enough. It’s perfect for me with young children as they are welcome at the classes and the quick yet thorough workouts are perfect to fit in to our busy days. I also love that there is such a wide range of classes that are suited to all ages and fitness levels. The instructors are all very welcoming and encouraging. Great asset for Bairnsdale!!
I've been training at the HIIT Factory Bairnsdale since September 2015 and it's my Favourite place to be at 6am. I do 5 different sessions per week which is why it's so good and it's fun!! Vee and her staff are so supportive of everyone no matter what their level of fitness is. I've made so many new friends here, you will always be welcomed with open arms by all.
The HIIT Factory Bairnsdale is the place to go if you're serious about getting fit and having fun at the same time! The timetable is very accommodating for everyone and the fact that I can bring my 2 children to the classes makes working out a lot easier. I have lost over 15kgs so far thanks to the support of Vee and her team, they are amazing!! If you're thinking about joining - do it, you won't regret it.
After more than 2 years I still love attending sessions at the HIIT factory Bairnsdale, always new sessions and workouts on offer, it never becomes boring and is the longest I have ever stuck to an exercise program. The trainers know how and when to push your boundaries and it is a great supportive community for everyone.
