I have been going to HIIT in Essendon for six months now and can highly recommend. Fiona and her team offer a super friendly and inclusive environment, with a wide variety of classes. Fiona is like having my own personal trainer/friend to give me the motivation that I need in my fitness journey.

I love so much about the HIIT Factory, Essendon. Firstly Fi is such a lovely person and has great energy from 6.15am on Monday that lasts all through the week! She takes extra care to check in to see how you’re going and I find that very motivating. The classes are fun and efficient with flexibility to do them in the studio or online - both work for me depending on what my day is looking like. Highly recommend anyone coming along to try a class out.
