Ufc Gym Bankstown is a state of the art facility with great equipment for strength and conditioning and is very spacious. Customers love the variety of classes available for both adults and kids, as well as the friendly staff and coaches. Customers have praised the kickboxing classes and the BJJ GI class, noting that the coaches are very technical and welcoming. The gym also has great protein shakes and is conveniently located above Bankstown Sports Club. Customers have also noted that the staff are friendly and easy going, always a joy to speak to on the way in and out.

After been a long term member of Fitness First and then Crunch I would have to say UFC is by far the best of the lot. Great variety with their class for both adults and kids. Plus plenty of strength and cardio equipment.
Found an ad on the Facebook telling that you can enroll your kid and get 4 weeks for free and use your active kids voucher . Your kid can learn boxing.martial art dut and more.... What I found is a very random classes with a staff that have no idea how to deal with kids very unsatisfied and felt that I'm stuck in a 6 months contract in a very unprofessional staff and classes .. my 6 years old kid dropped the dumbbells on his leg and no one even noticed that
Worse customer service I’ve ever experienced. They allowed my 14 year old son to sign up and locked him in a contract and now have a debt collecting agency calling me and him. I’ve explained that they shouldn’t of allowed him into a contract and insist on blaming the parent. Stay away from this gym, they’re communication and empathy is the worse I’ve seen in any many years.
I had the worst experience talking with the new manager Simon Mooney from UFC Wetherill Park! He is so rude and unprofessional! By the way he behaves it makes me wonder if all the clubs run on a unprofessional politics money scam to their members. The whole UFC organisation will fail with Simon in charge! Fire him!!
I had a bad experience because I had a problem with my knee and I wanted to cancel my membership. They said I had to still pay for a 4 week notice and when I gave her to doctor certificate she didn’t even look at it. I don’t understand how that fair that I still have to pay do my membership even when I have a doctors certificate for problems that isn’t fixable and isn’t my choice. They clearly care about the money more than their members. From the first two days someone had stolen my AirPods when I asked them to look in the cameras and check it out they said they would but they never bothered checking. I don’t recommend.
