Great gym;All the staff are very friendly, equipment and bathrooms are always kept clean. Great environment to train in.Shout out to Simon, the gentleman that signed me up; very friendly and thoroughly explored personal goals and provided advice and guidance on how I might go about achieving them/how the gym can facilitate my goals.
Had my first boxing class with Sydney, he was fantastic- very engaging and knowledgeable. The staff at the front were lovely too. I'm pretty shy/ awkward so I was a bit apprehensive but honestly it was great.
It's interesting that when I decided to join the UFC gym I was welcomed with open arms, lots of smiles and friendliness, however, as soon as I presented a letter from my doctor explaining that I wasn't able to continue training and that it would be better for me to cancel the membership, all that 'customer support' went out of the window. I don't blame the young guy training to be the greeting face of the gym, but I do think very little of the afternoon lady manager present at the time. When he didn't know how to go through the cancelation process she came over to the counter to get it all done, she didn't even address me or acknowledge I was there, or explained to me the cancelation rules or just showed some basic courtesy; I got absolutely nothing - just pay what you owe and that's it! I feel sorry for the young man, hopefully he won't learn from her any of the important communication skills required to attend new and existing customers, it's obvious that she doesn't know any of them. I cannot generalise about all the staff at UFC, but this lady should, in my opinion, get some serious customer service training.
I was shopping one day at Wetherill Park Stocklands when staff members from the UFC gym were promoting the gym from within the shopping centre.I stopped and had a chat with the staff members about the gym and they invited me to come down to the gym to check it out one night.When i went into the gym for the tour , the staff members were really friendly , they showed me around the entire gym and answered any questions that i had regarding the gym and i was impressed with their level of professionalism and people skills.The gym is physically spacious, it has a section where you can purchase protein shakes, they have plenty of equipment to use that is of good quality and the equipment is replaced frequently, they offer a range of classes (even some classes that other gyms don't offer).The female bathrooms are also very clean and hygienic and they also have lockers available for you to put your things in.Since joining the UFC gym at Wetherill Park in May 2021, I've been very happy with the facilities that they have available at the gym, the coaches there have great experience and their all really friendly and helpful.I really enjoy training at this gym, it's the best gym that i have ever joined.
Very accepting and amazing atmosphere. For all walks of life whether you want to lose weight, put on size, enjoy BJJ or a boxing class or you are already an advanced lifter wanting to try something new. Staff are very friendly. Also some of the best protein shakes are available here, made by the amazing Jay!
