Hands down probably the best gym in Australia! World class equipment, meals & supplements readily available. A truly all in one for all your fitness needs. And the staff are really hospitable backed by an awesome manager Adam
stunning gym with great equipment and staff. as a female, i felt very comfortable training there as everyone was welcoming and friendly. plus the membership options were convenient and great. shrek shake is the best
Great gym and has all the equipment but the Sauna is very old and broken, needs an update or new one. Also some concept 2 bike ergs would be a great addition as I don’t like the current exercise bikes. Other than that really good gym with friendly people and staff
Every time I come here I’m greeted by Suzie , Jenan or one of the amazing team members here. It’s a great facility with an awesome community. The shakes the ladies make after your workout are unmatchable!! Recommend for all that want to get healthier and in shape!
Amazing gym with all the best machines. There’s a machine for every body part. The community and the members are amazing. We are all like family. I train here with my school friends and we come everyday. We have become close to Shrek who looks after us. All the staff are nice and welcoming
