The gym is awesome and the two classes I do every Saturday are great too yesterday's two classes the body step and pump classes where amazing the personal trainer was funny engaging and it was intense I loved it and after a couple of months I'm actually seeing results guys sign up you won't regret 10/10 all the way
I joined World Gym Penrith in Dec 2020 and I wouldn't go to any other gym. Loads of equipment and space. Friendly and helpful staff as well. Cheers for the memories WG Penrith!
I've been a member at World Gym Penrith for over 9 years and absolutely love it ! They are constantly upgrading the facilities & adding new equipment (to the already expansive range of equipment!) . Group fitness classes are my jam & I'm also spoilt for choice in this department! Timetables are nicely staggered so you can easily incorporate a few classes in a daily session. The instructors are incredible knowledgeable and friendly & are always able to offer options to suit all fitness abilities ( or if you are recovering from an injury) I always walk out of World Gym Penrith with the biggest smile on my face not only because of the "feel good endorphins" released after each workout - but also because of the fabulous members & WG Team/Staff that make this gym extra special and a joy to be a part of !
Great place to train. State of the Art equipment spread throughout a massive floorspace. Very friendly and welcoming staff, who also know their stuff. Supplement shop is second to none, with a huge range of accessories, clothing and equipment. It's everything you want in a Gym, with a close knit family vibe. Truly is the best Gym in the area by far. Highly recommended.
I have been at world gym for over 6 years now, possibly even longer. I have never had one bad experience. I do the classes and it is the best way to start my mornings off. The members and staff have always been welcoming. The creche staff are also amazing. The coaching staff are very knowledgeable and will help you and guide you when needed and also give you a little push if they know you are capable of more. Not a bad word to say about world gym penrith ❤️
