Worldgym Rockhampton is a fantastic gym that offers a wide range of facilities and features to its members. Customers love the friendly and welcoming staff, the modern and clean equipment, the personal training options, and the cafe with tasty protein shakes. The staff are always warm and welcoming, and the personal trainers are professional and informative. The gym is well maintained and has a wide range of weight variance. The 20kg plates are all chipped and have needed changing for years, but the gym is constantly innovating and upgrading.
The gym also offers a family-friendly environment with a creche for children, and the staff are always willing to help with any questions. The gym has a pro shop where customers can buy a wide range of products, including the protein they use at the drinks bar. The shakes at reception are delicious, and the staff are always happy to explain the ingredients and calories in the drinks.
Overall, customers love the atmosphere at Worldgym Rockhampton and the great customer service they receive. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and have fabulous customer service, and the facility is always clean with fantastic equipment. The personal trainers are very knowledgeable and always very helpful, and the gym has an awesome range of equipment available. Customers also appreciate the free personal training sessions and the great discounts available.
I'm so glad we changed gyms! My daughter loves the creche which is a big deal as a mum. Great facillities, and i love the modern clean equipment. Jamie signed us up, he was very helpful and friendly, made us feel comfortable strait away. Staff at the desk are always warm and welcoming. I've also had a cpl pts with Glynn, he was very professional and informative. Highly recommend this gym.
One of the worst gyms I've been too, extremely overpriced, way too small, extremely overcrowded and unprofessional staff. Please note majority of the 5 star reviews are either staff or members bribed with supplements. No parking at all during peak hours, poorly maintained gym (aircon never works, cable machines break constantly and you'll be waiting over a month for them to fix it, after which it will be broken within a week). The salespeople are full of nothing but unfulfilled promises and lies to get you to sign up to get their commision. Majority of staff are extremely arrogant and unprofessional, I've walked in multiples times and the staff are swearing and don't even say hello but continue with their conversations at the front counter. PTs take up over half the gym downstairs when running their classes. Front counter staff are constantly trying to sell you supplements they know nothing about at all. I've heard numerous staff members bad mouth this gym on how unmaintained it is and the lack of equipment. The 20kg plates are all chipped and have needed changing for years. I've lost count of how many staff members have left this place. ultimatley my time here has been unwelcoming, unfullfilling and a massive regret in my training career. Go to a gym that cares.
Attending world gym every morning is a positive start to my day! When entering reception I am always greeted with a warmest welcome from Rachael or Kristie, sometimes both. The Personal training crew, especially Sam Butcher (aka Dad) and Scott are world class, and have so much time to discuss body building or dieting, meal plans etc. I can't say much for the cleanliness of the gym, hence only 4 stars
Pro-active friendly staff, loads of clean equipment with heaps of weight variance. Enjoyed my time and will come back for the week that we are in Rockhampton! Highly recommend :))
