Zap Fitness Launceston City is a great gym that offers a wide range of facilities and features. Customers love the 24 hour access, which is very convenient for those with busy schedules. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the gym is always clean and well organised. Customers also appreciate the large range of equipment, which is all brand-new and in great condition. The gym also offers personal training options and a variety of classes, so there is something for everyone. Customers also appreciate the free parking and the security measures in place. Good gym, the treadmills are a little outdated and have weak motors which sometimes skip under high load which is very awkward while running. Everything else is good a clean as you expect from other zaps.
After I signed the contract near every week “they fail to charge me” so then they charge me double the next day and magically it goes through. Complete scam would not recommend. They tried to blame it on my bank but my banks fine it’s their end that’s either failing and screwing over customer’s or they are scammers. Anyways I’m stuck in this loop now since I’ve signed the contract
Cheating customers by free claims is how do they business. They trap customers into contract. So be careful before joining them...
I got a marketing call on a Sunday offering 1 month free if I joined that day. 1 month later they said they have no record of that offer and charged me a month fee just to cancel. No help at the gym just directed away to an off-site call centre. Not a good look for a local gym
The gym facilities are ok. The management team that run accounts are absolutely hopeless when it comes to customer service and I could not reccomend this gym to anyone who doesn't want to get caught out with hidden costs.
