Lots of great equipment in excellent condition. Huge range of cardio machines available and always clean and tidy. Team are always friendly and helpful. Ash in particular has exceptional customer service and makes you feel truly welcome. It very much delivers a premium quality.
Very happy with my experience at Zap Premium, the staff are very friendly and accommodating. The gym has great equipment and usually accessible even at peak hours. I appreciate the convenient locations of Zap as I can always find a gym when I am travelling for work or visiting family.
Bathroom's are nice! Sauna! All equipment is top of the line and well serviced. Staff are friendly and approachable. Rock it! Pump it! Love it!
